Shipping & returns
Short version: Amazon ships it, the listing is non-returnable, and if something arrives broken we sort it on WhatsApp.
Who ships it
We do not ship anything from this website. Wulf Forest 4-in-1 Shampoo is sold on Amazon.in, sold by CSTE International, and shipped from and delivered by Amazon. When you tap a Buy button here you are handed over to Amazon, and the order lives in your Amazon account from that point on.
Delivery time and payment
Delivery speed, delivery charges, cash on delivery and every other payment option depend on Amazon and on your pincode. The Amazon product page shows what is available for your address before you pay. We have no way to change or speed up an Amazon delivery.
To track an order, change an address or ask about a payment, use your Amazon order page. That is faster than asking us, because that is where the information actually is.
Returns
The listing is marked non-returnable on Amazon. That is normal for personal-care products, for hygiene reasons, and it is Amazon's policy on the listing rather than something we apply ourselves. Please read the Amazon page before you order so there is no surprise.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item
If the bottle arrives damaged or leaking, or you were sent the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp with your Amazon order ID and a photo. We will sort it. Please do that within a few days of delivery while the photo still shows what happened in transit.

Amazon also runs its own claims process for damaged deliveries, and you are free to use that instead — it is often the quickest route to a refund.

The price shown on this site is the price we saw on Amazon on 10 September 2026. Amazon can change a price or run out of stock at any time. The Amazon page is always the final word on price and availability.
